1. Who this policy covers
This policy explains how TradeSystem LLC ("TradeSystem," "we," "us" or "our") handles personal information when you create or use a TradeSystem account, use platform features, participate in a simulated programme, accept legal documents, make a purchase, contact support or complete a required compliance review.
2. Account and profile information
We process the account information needed to identify and administer your account, such as your email address and authentication identifiers. As account-profile features are enabled, this can also include legal first and last name, country of residence, an optional residential address and an age-eligibility attestation. We use this information for account administration, eligibility, fraud/security controls, support and legal or contractual compliance.
3. Agreements and programme records
We may retain the legal documents and programme rules presented to you, their version or content hash, the account/product/rule version they apply to, your acceptance status and timestamp, and related audit records. We also process programme-account information, simulated orders, positions, fills, balances, risk/rule events, qualification status, Performance Reward records and other records needed to administer or verify a simulated programme.
4. Journal, analytics and user content
If you use journal, planning, analytics or similar features, we process the information you enter or upload there, including trade records, notes, screenshots, plans and related analytics inputs. We use that information to provide the requested features, preserve your records, secure the service and investigate a support or integrity issue where necessary.
5. Payments
Purchases may be processed by a third-party payment platform. TradeSystem may receive transaction identifiers, product/purchase status, amount, refund or chargeback status, and other payment metadata needed to provision and reconcile a purchase. Full payment-card credentials are handled by the payment provider rather than stored by TradeSystem as part of the ordinary checkout flow.
6. Identity, tax and compliance information
Where a programme requires review before a Performance Reward or another regulated or compliance-sensitive action, we or an approved service provider may request identity/KYC, tax, residence/jurisdiction or sanctions-screening information. This information is used only for the applicable verification, legal, fraud, tax, payment or compliance purpose and related audit obligations. TradeSystem does not require that future category merely because you use ordinary simulated trading unless the applicable programme or law does.
7. Security, audit and service information
We process records reasonably generated by the service to authenticate users, secure the platform, detect misuse, troubleshoot errors and preserve an audit trail. Depending on the feature and service provider in use, those records can include authentication events, timestamps, server logs, request/error records and other security or integrity metadata. We use these records for service operation, fraud prevention, security, dispute handling and legal compliance.
8. How and why we use personal information
We process personal information to provide and perform the service and contracts you ask us to provide; operate simulated programmes; authenticate and support users; maintain authoritative account and agreement records; process purchases; protect users and the platform from fraud, abuse and security threats; enforce programme rules; conduct required eligibility/compliance reviews; comply with applicable legal obligations; and establish, exercise or defend legal rights. Where applicable law requires consent for a particular use, we request it through an appropriate affirmative flow.
9. Service providers and disclosures
We use service providers for functions such as hosting/database infrastructure, authentication, payment processing, market data, communications, identity/compliance verification and security where those functions are enabled. Providers receive only the information reasonably necessary for their role and are subject to the applicable contractual and legal requirements. We may also disclose information when required by law, court order or a competent authority, or where reasonably necessary to protect legal rights, users or platform security. We do not sell your private journal or simulated trading records as a data-broker product.
Advertising measurement and cookie choices
With your permission, we use Meta Pixel on our public program and account-selection pages to measure advertising. This may share page activity, browser/device information, IP address and advertising cookie identifiers with Meta. We do not add simulated trading records, account balances, journal entries or payout information to those events. Our payment provider, Whop, has a separate Meta checkout integration and its own privacy controls. Meta's Conversions API connection can also process supported web events to improve advertising measurement. Checkout activity is subject to Whop's privacy policy and available choices. Advertising tracking on this website stays off until you allow it, and we honor supported browser privacy signals. You can change your choice through the Advertising cookie settings link or .
10. International processing and transfers
Service providers may process information in jurisdictions different from your residence or from TradeSystem's place of establishment. Where Belize's Data Protection Act or another applicable privacy law governs a transfer, TradeSystem will use the safeguards, contractual terms, permitted cloud-processing provisions or other transfer mechanism the applicable law requires. This policy does not promise that all data remains in one country.
11. Retention
We keep personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including providing an active account or programme, and for legitimate audit, fraud-prevention, security, tax/accounting, dispute and legal-retention needs. A request to delete an account does not require us to erase a record that applicable law or a legitimate legal/audit obligation requires us to retain. We avoid keeping identifiable information longer than necessary for its purpose.
12. Your privacy rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to request access to, correction or rectification of, deletion or erasure of, restriction of processing of, portability of, or other information about your personal data, and in some circumstances to object to processing or withdraw consent. Those rights can be subject to legal exceptions and verification of the requester's identity. Privacy requests can be submitted through the support options in your Account area.
13. Security
We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, loss or destruction. No online system can be guaranteed perfectly secure, so you should protect your credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
14. Children
TradeSystem accounts and simulated programmes are intended only for persons who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly offer these account services to children. If we learn that an ineligible minor created an account contrary to our eligibility rules, we may restrict the account and take appropriate deletion or retention steps under applicable law.
15. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the product, providers or legal requirements change. The current effective date is shown on this page. For privacy questions or requests, contact TradeSystem through the support options in your Account area. Additional legally required company contact or representative information will be displayed where a jurisdiction or transaction requires it before the affected feature is enabled.
