Simulated Prop accounts are not live brokerage accounts
TradeSystem Prop evaluation and simulated funded accounts are simulation accounts. A simulated account does not contain customer-owned trading capital, does not open a customer brokerage account, and does not give you ownership of the displayed simulated balance. Orders, positions, fills and account performance shown for those programmes are simulated within TradeSystem.
Simulated and hypothetical results have important limitations
Simulated results do not represent actual customer brokerage trading. They may benefit from assumptions or conditions that differ from a live market, including simulated fill logic, latency, slippage, liquidity, market-data timing, rejected or partial orders, outages and other execution conditions. A result that occurs in simulation may not have occurred, or may have occurred at a different price or size, in a live account.
Market data and platform limitations
Quotes, candles, timestamps, derived values and execution simulations can be delayed, interrupted, corrected or unavailable. Networks, market-data vendors and software can fail. TradeSystem may use authoritative server-side records and the applicable programme rules to resolve a proven data, execution-simulation or accounting error. You should not treat a displayed quote or simulated fill as proof of a live executable market price.
Performance Rewards are not guaranteed trading profits
A Performance Reward, where offered, is a conditional contractual programme benefit based on qualifying simulated performance. It is not a withdrawal of customer capital, is not a claim to the simulated account balance, and is not guaranteed. Programme rules, account status and required identity/KYC, tax, jurisdiction, sanctions, fraud and other compliance review may apply before a qualified reward is released.
Trading education is not investment advice
TradeSystem may provide educational material, analytics, risk tools, market commentary or examples concerning futures, foreign exchange, equities, options or other instruments. That material is general educational information, not personalized investment, legal or tax advice and not a recommendation to enter any live trade or transaction.
Live trading involves substantial risk
Trading real financial instruments with real capital can involve rapid and substantial losses, including losses beyond an initial amount in products that permit leverage. Past, simulated or hypothetical performance does not predict future live results. A user who separately chooses to trade live through a broker is responsible for understanding the broker's rules, product risks, leverage and legal requirements.
No guarantee of qualification or future opportunity
No strategy, prior result, simulated account balance, qualification state, educational material or historical Performance Reward guarantees that you will qualify again, receive a future reward, obtain a live trading opportunity, or achieve a particular financial outcome. Only the applicable programme agreement and authoritative programme records determine contractual eligibility for that programme.
