Trading Policies

Overnight, weekend, and daily trading window

Overnight and weekend holding are not allowed. Positions and pending orders must be flat by 4:10 PM ET / 3:10 PM CT on trading weekdays.

Daily flat requirement

On trading weekdays, Prop accounts must be flat in both open positions and pending orders by 4:10 PM ET / 3:10 PM CT. Earlier instrument-specific closes take precedence when they apply.

Daily reopen

Trading resumes at 6:00 PM ET / 5:00 PM CT after the weekday close, subject to the supported instrument's trading session.

No overnight holding

Positions and pending orders may not be carried through the TradeSystem daily flat window.

No weekend holding

The Friday cutoff remains closed through the weekend until the Sunday 6:00 PM ET / 5:00 PM CT reopen, subject to any earlier or later instrument-specific session rule that takes precedence.
